Bringing Smiles and School Supplies to B40 Children in Kuala Selangor
On 11th January 2026, UPLIFT in collaboration with BAC Education, reaffirmed its commitment to education by distributing essential stationery items to 50 children from B40 families at Kuil Sri Mahamariamam, Ladang Raja Musa, Kuala Selangor.
This initiative aimed to give these school-going children the tools they need to thrive academically, aligning with UN's Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).
Each child received a complete set of school essentials, including a management file, ten exercise books, fifty sheets of foolscap paper (70gsm), a set of colour pencils, three highlighters, two correction tapes, a stationery kit, a geometry set, a lunch box with water bottle, and a school bag. Each item is a building block, helping children reach their full potential and embrace the joy of learning.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, these children received essential supplies that make a real difference in their daily learning and help ease the financial burden on their families.
By tackling even the smallest barriers to education, UPLIFT and BAC Education, together with generous donors, are opening doors for children to excel academically and build confidence in their learning. This demonstrates how acts of kindness and community support can foster a culture of care, inclusivity, and lifelong learning, giving every child a genuine opportunity to reach their full potential.
